Duties of the Examining Board

Every Building and Construction Trades Local Union and combination Local Union shall elect an Examining Board for the purpose of examining and determining the qualifications of all applicants as Building and Construction Trades journeymen in said Local Union, and before said applicant is admitted and initiated as a journeyman member of said Local Union, and thereby eligible to work in the jurisdiction of the Building and Construction Trades Department of the AFL-CIO, he must pass said examination.
